On June 25e 1981, a " Notice of Receipt of Application

for Facility Operating Licenses..." concerning the captioned 1

proceeding was published in the Federal Register. (46 Fed.

Reg. 32974).

On July 27, 1981, the State of South Carolina, in response to such Notice, filed its " Petition For Inter-vention" pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR S2.715(c).

Applicants interpose no objection to the State of South Carolina's participation in this proceeding under the
