The breach was a g

m I threaded nine sleeve.

The threads were chased with a 1-inch pipe die to clean i

Two 1-1.ch pipe plugs were then installed to seal the barrier. The ii64 I nenetration will be niaced on inspection procedure MP/0/A/3020/05.
