Report for LER 50-321/1981-078 During normal power dperation, following testing of RgIC and HPCI systems, it was discovered that torus wateg temperature was 99 F.

This exceeds tne limit of less than or equal to 95 F. stated in Tech. Specs. 3.7.A.1.c.
