APPLICANTS' REVISED REQUEST POR ADMISSIONS FROM MASS AG Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.742 and to the agreement reached between the parties, Applicants request that the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts admit the truth of the following facts:
