An engineering evaluation ^has concluded that;unisolable^ piping sections, connected to the Reactor Coolant System (RCS) at Seabrook-StationLUnit.1 are not subject to stresses from temperaturo stratification or' temperature oscillations.resulting from the mechanism described.in Supplement 3.

New Hampshire Yankee does not. plan any further action regarding NRCy Bulletin 88-08, Supplement 3..
