Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend Sections 2.15 and 3.1 of the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 Technical Specifications. This letter supersedes Reference 4.
The changes requested pertain to surveillance testing of the Alternate Shutdown Panels (ASP). OPPD respectfully requests that issuance of the revised specifications not occur prior to February 15, 1990 with implementation to occur anytime within 90 days after issuance.
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specifications. Attachment B provides the " Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration."
