Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), also dba URENCO USA (UUSA) submitted an amendment request to Materials License SNM-2010 in the Reference 1 letter to amend the required nuclear liability insurance maintained in accordance to 10 CFR 140.13b. The NRC accepted this submittal for review in the Reference 2 letter and indicated the NRC anticipated completing the review in June 2019 with an estimated review of hours of 160. UUSA has been in contact with the NRC regarding this submittal and requests that new projections for both schedule and resources be provided to UUSA.
