Dear Sir:
This letter responds to your letter of April 30, 1981 on the same subject (Reference 1).
The Authority is currently involved in efforts to implement long-term modifications to James A. FitzPatrick Scram Discharge Syst;ms, as described in our letter of December 16, 1980 (Reference 2).
In addition to the provisions indicated therein, l
redundant scram discharge system instrumentation will be pro-vided with diversity utilizing the guidelines of safety criteria 3 of Reference 3, as amended.
