Response to IE Bulletin 80-17 (Supplement-#2)
Dear Mr. Grier:
This letter confirms that an alternate vent path was provided to the SDV vent system at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station within 48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br /> of the telephone not-ification on July 19, 1980.
This was accomplished by cutting the vacuum relief valves of f the vent valve piping, thus providin ; a positive vent path to building atmosphere.
