LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO STATE OF OREGON'S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF THE INITIAL DECISION The State of Oregon's Motion for Reconsideration of the Initial Decision (July 23,1980) requests that,the Licensing Board discuss the issues raised in Oregon's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclu-sions of Law (May 19, 1980) and elaborate upon the Board's reasons for denying Oregon's proposals.

If the Board determines to add such discussion and elaboration

-to the Initial Decision, Licensee respectfully suggests that the basis for such addition is set forth a+ pages 6-11 of Licensee's Response to th'e Proposed Findings of tne NRC Staff and the State of Oregon (May 29,.198 0).
