REMARKS: IP 35100.01, Inspection of 10 CFR 50.55 Programs for Reporting Defects and Noncompliance During Construction, has been revised during a periodic review to support the merger with NRR and minor grammatical and wording corrections to be consistent with the CFR. No substantive revision to this procedure was warranted at this time.
IP 71111.13, Maintenance Risk Assessments and Emergent Work Control, has been revised to provide additional guidance for inspecting RICTs added for clarity.
IP 71153, Followup of Events and Notices of Enforcement Discretion, has been revised to provide oversight guidance associated with licensee adoption of 10 CFR 50.59. Provided direction to assessing reasonable assurance of operability during LER reviews.
