I In a telecon on 3/27/80 you requested information relative to unscheduled j
entries of the drywell for the time frame 1/1/75 to present. Due to the manpower commitments surrounding the ongoing refueling outage effort, it was only possible to obtain the requested information from 8/1/77 to the present.

There have been no provisions considered to detect and reduce RCS leakage without entry beyond the originally installed monitoring equipment and j
equipment installed in response to NUREG 0578.

The plant did not operate with RCS leakage in the contoinment during the researched time period.
