Supplement to License Amendment Request (TSCR-181): Application to Align Technical Specification Staffing and Administrative Requirements for Permanently Defueled Condition In the referenced letter, NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NEDA) submitted a request for an amendment to the Technical Specifications (TS) for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC). This supplement corrects an inconsistency in the Enclosure to the referenced letter.

Specifically, Section 2.0, "Detailed Description," is hereby revised to describe the change to Section 1.1 "Definitions," as adding the following definitions:

In the referenced letter, NEDA requested approval of the proposed license amendment by July 1, 2020 and that the approved amendment become effective following NRG approval of the Certified Fuel Handling training program (ML19037A016) and following submittal of the required 10 CFR 50.82(a)(1 )(ii) certification that DAEC has been permanently defueled. Additionally, NEDA hereby requests implementation within 30 days of the approved amendment effective date.
