Dear Director,
On September 23, 2019, the NRC requested your comments on the draft Environmental Assessment related to the Nuclear Waste Partnership LLCs request for an exemption from 10 CFR 71.61 for two TRUPACTIII packages for a onetime shipment from the Savannah River Site in South Carolina to WIPP in New Mexico.
Your comments, if any, should have been received by October 23, 2019. We did not receive any comment as of today, October 29, 2019.
I will appreciate your confirmation that, like it was the case in 2016, you do not have any comments.
