Georgia Power Company Plant E. 1. Hatch Baxley, Georgia 31513 Reportable Occurrence Report No. 50-366/1979-22procedure was performed the error showed up.

The transmitters wer'e cal-ibrated to the correct range and the calibration procedure was revised to reflect the change made.

Prior to the completion of the Unit 2 pre-operational test program, proce-dures were reviewed for changes required by design change requests as a part of the pre-operational test program.

Subsequent tothe completion of the precperational test there was no mechanism to insure procedure review for Unit 2 design changes. Unit 2 design changes now use the plant design change procedure which receives procedure review per HHP-814 Procedure Review.

To assure that all Unit 2 (i.e. 2-yr. - #)' design changes are reviewed, the plant procedure review procedure, HNP-814, will be applied to all remain-I ing Unit 2 design changes.

Furthermore all Unit 2 design changes complet-ed subsequent to the completion of the precperational test will be reviewed I

using procedure HNP-814.
