Please find enclosed two copies of the annual report for our TRIGA reactor for the period July 1st,1977 - June 30th,1978. It was recently discovered that this report had not been finalized and filed and had been overlooked since its due date (8/1/78)'
The opportunity is taken to include copies of materials related to the unloading and reloading of our reactor accomplished in October-November,1978.
The late submission is much regretted and steps will be taken to assure that reports are submitted on a timely basis in the future.
