Docket No. 50-262 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-50 AMENDMENT N0. 9 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-50, between Brigham Young University and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 22, 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount
"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
