Description:
During the visual examination of the core spray sparger seven significant linear indications were recorded.
Four (4) indications are locnted nn rho upper sparger at the 1750 azimuth, one (1) indication on the lower snarger at the 1850 azimuth, one (1) indication on the lower sparger at the 355 azimuth and one (11 indienrinn on the upper sparger at the 50 arimuth.
Cause and Corrective Action:
Analysis has been initiated by BEco.
