Reply H. C. Graber, by virtue of title, is the responsible individual for the entire Radiation Safety Program.
CA functions are tied in directly with the Radiation Safety Program required to satisfy the licensing require:e ats.
Ite: 3 Under " Handling, Storage md Shipping" provide a stacement that shiptents will not ce cade unless all tests, certifications, acceptancies and final inspections are complete.
Reply The procedure referenced in the Barberton Works Radiation Safety Manual (Part 1 Procedure -7) does in fact provide the controls on tests, certifications, acceptance and final inspection to assure they are completed. (Attachment

6 Item 4 Under " Inspection, Test, and Cperating Status" indicate who (by title) is responsible to perform the regulatory required inspections and test per written procedures.and who (by title) are responsible to assure these functions are perforced.

Individuals responsible to perform the regulatory required inspection; and tests as required by the detailed proceiures are: technical specialist and safety supervisors as identified on the attached crganination chan.
