ISE Bulletin No. 79-14 Seismic Analyses for As-Built Safetv-Related Piping Systems
Dear Mr. Grier:
The staff at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant has reviewed subject bulletin.
As you are aware, we are conducting an extensive seismic analyses at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant as directed by the Show Cause Order issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 13, 1979 It is our position that the requirements set forth in ISE Bulletin 79-14 are being met by the seismic analyses program presently established for the FitzPatrick Plant.
In addition, we have also requested that the architect engineer revise documents to reflect the as-built condition in the plant which were established by our piping system verification program.
