Document Control Desk E-54395 Page 2 of 4 Interim Storage Partners LLC hereby submits the following Submittal Schedule for responding to the remaining RAls documented in References 1 through 4 in support of the continued review of the WCS Consolidated Interim Storage Facility (CISF) License Application. The schedule below is based on the practice that has been adopted where ISP submits draft responses, including License Application change pages, followed by a public or partially dosed meeting to discuss the draft responses with the NRC staff. The schedule provides the submittal date for the draft responses, the date by which ISP assumes the public or partially closed meetings can be completed for the identified RAls, and the date for submittal of the final RAI responses.

Table 1 provides the submittal schedule for the RAls from Reference 1, Table 2 for the RAls from Reference 3, Table 3 for Reference 2 RAls and finally Table 4 for the RAls associated with Reference 4.
