Thank you for your January 2, 2019, and March 11, 2019, letters in response to the Notice of Nonconformance (NON) that was discussed in the subject U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report (IR). We have reviewed your letter and found it to be responsive to the NON documented in IR 99901408/2018-201.
