SYSTEM ONE HOLDINGS, LLC. RESPONSE TO NRC OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT 3-2017-003 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION Thank you for your January 14, 2019, letter from Ms. Cami L. Davis, Senior Vice President, Chief Employment Counsel for System One Holdings, LLC. (System One), in response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) notice of violation (NOV) that was discussed in the subject U.S. NRC investigation report (IR).
We have reviewed your letter and find that it is responsive to the NOV documented in IR 3-2017-003. As requested in your response, we have revised the Factual Summary to reflect the legal name of System One in the Agencywide Document Access and Management System, Accession No. ML18208A314. The NRC also considered the additional information provided in your response and determined that no additional changes were warranted because there were no actual contradictions to the Factual Summary presented.
We have no further questions or comments at this time.
