The Summary of PIM Findings for calendar years (CY) 2013-2017 shows the number of findings identified were 13 in CY 2013, 10 findings in 2014, 6 findings in CY 2015, 14 findings in CY 2016 and 6 findings in CY 2017. Of the 49 findings issued, 47 were identified by the inspector (97%). Of the 49 findings, 45 were Green NCVs, 1 was Green FIN, 1 was a SL IV NOV, 1 was a Green SL IV NOV, and 1 was a White NOV.
