- Tim, Its an annual estimate. Attached is the RIS for 2018 (with some highlights) as well as the last two responses (to RIS 2016 & 2017) RBS sent to the NRC. You'll see as you compare that the estimates change. The response to RIS 2018 is just our latest estimate or projection moving forward.
