Operator Licensing Program Feedback OLPF 202.20: revised to include discussion of latest revision to ACAD 10-001
- ACAD 10-001, Rev. 1 (Nov 2016) is acceptable for meeting 10 CFR 55.31
- ACAD 10-001, Rev. 0 (Feb 2010) is acceptable for final applications received through May 29, 2018
- Intended, in part, to reduce need for eligibility waivers and deferrals
Operator Licensing Program Feedback
- OLPF 202.21: provides clarification and guidance for which forms to use when revisions to NRC Forms 396 and 398 have been issued
- OLPF 202.22: highlights and summarizes the noteworthy changes made to NRC Form 396 and NRC Form 398 as a result of the October 2017 revisions
- Added an applicant/operator mailing address block
- Added a 10 CFR Part 52 Facility Docket check box to support operator license applications for those facilities licensed under 10 CFR 52
- Updated the GUIDANCE USED check blocks to allow applicants to certify their medical status using the most recent revision of ANSI/ANS standards
- Added Physicians Certification Date - the date on which the facility licensees MRO makes the final certification of the applicant/operators medical suitability
- Added an applicant/operator acknowledgement statement

- 2017 Sequoyah Initial Exam served as pilot test platform

Operator Digitized Docket Automation of several components within the Operator Licensing process:
- Electronic document delivery mechanism which is a cost-effective, secure, and timely delivery of documents to NRC
- Data extraction solution which allows data from images and PDFs to be parsed and delivered to the Reactor Program System - Operator Licensing (RPS-OL) module
