- Alyse, The NRC is reviewing the application for a proposed license amendment regarding James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. A brief description of the amendment is provided below. Additional information can be found in the licensees submittal which is also referenced below by ADAMS Accession No.
Please let me know if you have any comments or questions regarding this licensing action by February 16, 2018, if possible. My current projection for issuance of the amendment is March 30, 2018.

Description:
By letter dated July 31, 2017, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon or the licensee), requested a revision to the description for the emergency response organization requalification training frequency defined in the emergency plan from annually to once per calendar year not to exceed 18 months between calendar sessions. The NRC issued a published a notice in the Federal Register on September 26, 2017(82 FR 44854). See Link. The NRC has not received any public comment or requests for hearing on this application.
