FOIA/PA-2017-0137 A FOIAIPA-2017-0365 On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). I am responding to your letter dated March 7, 2017, in which you appealed the agency's no records response related to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, FOIA/PA-2017-0365.
In FOIA-2017-0365. you requested the Heat Sink Performance Document for Turkey Point. On March 7, 2017. a final response was provided to you that stated that there were no records found.
On March 7, 2017, we received the appeal of the denial of information. In the process of responding to this appeal, I noticed that the same information is being requested (and has been requested) under another FOIA request and subsequent appeal (FOIA/PA-2017*0074AIFOIA-2017-0113).
Because an appeal response is currently being processed for the above mentioned case, which will encompass the record you were seeking relating to Turkey Point (including Heat Sink information),
we are administratively closing your appeal.
