Dear Sir or Madam:
As required by JOCFR2O.2206(b) and (c), the annual report of the results of individual monitoring by Waterford 3 for each individual for whom monitoring was required was provided by electronic media. As allowed by Regulatory Guide 8.7, the report, under file name NRC20170405.DAT, was uploaded to the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) website on April 10, 2017 with Time Stamp: 20170410142432, at the following web address: https:llwww. reirs. com/apps.orau.qov/CER/File Additionally, four updated Form 5s relating to dose results for 2015 have been uploaded.
These have been updated due to the investigation documented in CR-WF3-2016-07300.
As allowed by Regulatory Guide 8.7, this revised report filed under 2015 revisions, was uploaded under Test Data and other with the REIRs website on April 10, 2017 with Time Stamp 20170410143041, at https:Hwww. reirs.com/apps.orau.qov/CER/File There are no new commitments contained in this submittal.
