'iablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.

Subsequent to your providing the documents referred to in this letter, I requested our Region V Office to request from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and R. L. Cloud Associates copies of all availab1e draft reports provided by R. L. Cloud to PG&E and PG&E comments on thos'e reports.

Copies of all such material that could be located were provided to the NRC.

The staff provided copies

,of this material to all parties in the Diablo Canyon proceeding on December 11, 1981.

In addition, on December 16, 1981, the NRC (Region V) initiated an inves-tigation into the circumstances which lead to this earlier draft report and comments by PG&E.

The results of this investigation. will be made avail when completed.
