Dear Chairman,

Marv Lewis <marvlewis@juno.com>

Sunday, February 15, 2015 7:41 AM CHAIRMAN Resource; wesraymond.cacc@outlook.com; et@propl.org; dianed@nirs.org; dgilmore@cox.net; maryo@nirs.org; mike@energyjustice.net Concrete Concrete structures have suffered degradation at several nuclear power plants. The history has been ignored. Limerick concrete had dimensional errors back when the cooling towers were built decades ago. Age has added many other failures.I suggest adding concrete to aging management.

Very truly yours, Marvin Lewis, P. E. (retired) 1
