H. B. ROBINSON PLANT 1997 FEMA EXERCISE REPORT
Dear Mr. Keenan:
Enclosed is the Federal Emergency Management Agency's final report on the exercise of the offsite radiological emergency response plans for your H. B. Robinson Plant, conducted on November 18-19, 1997. There were no deficiencies, but seven areas requiring corrective action (ARCAs) were identified. We encourage you to work with the State of.South Carolina and the appropriate local government agencies to resolve these ARCAs before the next biennial exercise in 1999.
