Dear Mr. Schiffley:
By letter dated June 28, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML13183A017), the Boiling Water Reactor Owners Group (BWROG) submitted the accepted (-A) version of Topical Report (TR) BWROG-TP-11-023-A, Revision 0, May 2013, Linear Elastic Fracture Mechanics Evaluation of General Electric Boiling Water Reactor Water Level Instrument Nozzles for Pressure-Temperature Curve Evaluations, to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff.
The NRC staff has completed its review of the accepted version of this TR. The NRC staff determined that the BWROG has met the requirements and that the submitted -A version is acceptable for referencing in licensing applications for nuclear power plants to the extent specified in the accepted version of the TR.
