HUMBOLDT BAY POWER PLANT UNIT 3 - LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN (TAC NO. J00485)
Dear Mr. Halpin:
By letter dated May 3, 2013 (HBL-13-007), Pacific Gas and Electric Company requested an amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-7 for Humboldt Bay Power Plant, Unit 3 to add License Condition 2.C.5 that approves the License Termination Plan (LTP) and to add a license condition that establishes the criteria for determining when changes to the LTP require prior NRC approval.
We have begun our review of your submittal and anticipate completing our acceptance review by July 31, 2013. After we complete our acceptance review we will conduct a complete technical review which may require a request for additional information. We will keep you informed of the progress of our review.
