Dear Mr. Gray:
I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to you for taking time out of your busy schedule to meet with staff from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on May 14, 2013, during the Security Counterpart Meeting in our Region I Office. Your presentation on the overall function of the Incident Command Process in response to a security event was both informative and enlightening. The information you provided was also very timely and will certainly contribute to the overall success of the NRCs performance during upcoming Hostile Action Based (HAB) Exercises. Partnerships are vital to building a state of readiness that will prepare us to respond to incidents of any hazard.
My staff and I are looking forward to participating in the HAB Exercises throughout the next 2 years and particularly in the upcoming Limerick HAB Exercise. Thank you again for your continued support of our shared mission for protecting part of our nations critical infrastructure and the publics health and safety.
Sincerely,
/RA/
