This refers to the meeting conducted on April 17, 2013, in Vidalia, Georgia. The purpose of the meeting/open house session was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant with the public for the period of January 1, 2012, - December 31, 2012. Enclosed are a list of attendees, copies of the poster boards displayed at the meeting, and the meeting handout.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
