The Operations Branch has reviewed the official transcript of thel e
interview conducted ýy the Office o Investigations (01) as requested. Based on the interview transcript, it is alleged al (j((C)
I was observed to be "...asleep in the control room twice" and
"...drifting and nodding off" during a meeting. According to the transcript, these, as well as other similar observations were reported to thel(b)(7)(C)

Iwas aware the inaivioual oservea was... having problems" but did not take any corrective action.
The review did not identify any new technical/safety concerns from the interview transcript that have not already been captured in the statement of concern for the subject allegation.
