- Sam, As we discussed on our call, here are my notes summarizing the call I had with the licensee to support our root cause inspection. At this point, the licensee intends to call me each week on Thursday at 2:00 pm central time to provide me a status update on the progress of their root cause team. If you, or other NRR staff desire to participate in these weekly calls, I recommend that you set up a bridge line to facilitate the expanded staff participation.
