RAI 3.3.2.14-1 (8/26/2011 response)
Plant-Specific Collection, Drainage and Treatment Components Inspections AMP-missing items based on LRA amendments B.2.22-6 (8/26/2011 response) - Will perform core bores in 2014 and if required in 2017. Why core bore in 2014?
B.2.22-7 (8/17/2011 response) -Added enhancement to monitor penetrations before PEO - frequency not specified. Need to discuss frequency and PEO 2017.
B.2.25-7 (8/17/2011 response) - On Attachment 2 page 11 of the response FENOC stated All of the samples had tritium concentrations lower than observed from the July 28, 2004, sampling. The staff would like to know what was the observed tritium level of July 28. 2004.
B.2.39-11(8/26/2011 response) -Information acceptable except implementation by April 2017 not acceptable.
