dated March 4, 2011 By letter dated August 12,2010 (Reference 1), Ameren Missouri submitted a license amendment request for approval of the Cyber Security Plan for Callaway Plant in accordance with 10 CFR 73.54.
The Enclosure to this letter contains sensitive information.

Upon removal of the Enclosure, this letter is uncontrolled.

ULNRC-05805 June 29,2011 Page 2 The purpose of this license amendment was to provide an Implementation Schedule, provide a table of Callaway Plant deviations from NEI 08-09 Revision 6, and add a sentence to the existing Callaway Plant Operating License condition for Physical Security to require Ameren Missouri to fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Commission approved Cyber Security Plan.
By letter dated April 1, 2011 (Reference 2), Ameren Missouri submitted responses to additional information requested by the NRC in its Request for Additional Information dated March 4, 2011 (Reference 3). Ameren Missouri wishes to clarify the actions associated with Milestone #6 indicated in the Enclosure to that letter. This clarification is provided in the enclosure to this letter.
The modified response to the request for additional information does not expand the scope of the application and does not impact the conclusions of the no significant hazards consideration determination provided in Reference 1.
