FOR PUBLIC MEETING WITH ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE
Dear Mr. Edington:
On May 11, 2011, representatives of Arizona Public Service and NRC personnel met at the Palo Verde Energy Education Center in Buckeye, AZ. This open house meeting was held to allow members of the public an opportunity to discuss the performance results for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2010, as well as ask NRC personnel general questions about our regulatory process or other issues of concern. The meeting attendance list is enclosed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agency wide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
