REACTOR BUILDING TENDON SURVEILLANCE REPORT Enclosed is "Topical Report Number 204, "2010 Augmented Reactor Building (IWL) In-Service Inspection", Revision 0, provides a report on the inspection results of the Post-Tensioning System and containment surface.
These activities were performed in accordance with ASME Section Xl, Subsection IWL, and Technical Specification 4.4.2.
The report is required, by Technical Specification 4.4.2.1.6, to be submitted to the NRC within 3 months of completion.
No new regulatory commitments are established by this submittal.
