ST. LUCIE NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1: FALSIFICATION OF ELECTRONIC DOSIMETER ALARM RECORDS BY A HEALTH PHYSICS CREW LEADER (CASE NO. 2-2011-004/RII-2010-A-0218)
Dear Mr. Nazar:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations= (OI) completed a report regarding falsification of electronic dosimeter alarm records by a health physics crew leader.
Based on the staffs review, it was determined that no further action was warranted in this regard. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
