Enclosed for your review and comment is the draft revision to the FSME Procedure SA-800, Providing NRC Predecisional Documents to Agreement States, Organization of Agreement States, Inc., and Appropriate Working Groups of the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc. (ML103330310). This procedure describes the process for providing certain U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) predecisional documents to Agreement State management and staff, which includes the Organization of Agreement States, Inc. (OAS), and appropriate working groups of the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc. (CRCPD). For reference, a draft revision with tracked changes is included based on the April 25, 2007, procedure. We would appreciate receiving your comments within 30 days from the date of this memorandum.
