Tim, UPDATE on Questions 1 and 2:

I found out that the person who is tracking this is Bruce Petrowski (notTim Giles). Bruce works for Tony Oliveri. I spoke to Bruce and he will get me a status on where the Unit I replaced AFW pipe and.the re-routed pipe in the FTTA NIS forms are in the process.

Howard p.s., If (when) the forms are complete, we will get you a copy. I will let you know.
