Dear Mr. Bhatnager:
Thank you for the response dated September 7, 2010, to the Notice of Violation (NOV) issued
on August 5, 2010, in Integrated Inspection Report 05000391/2010603. The Notice of Violation
was associated with the seismic qualification and suitability of molded case circuit breakers. We
acknowledge receipt of your reply to the Notice of Violation.
We are evaluating your denial of the violation and will provide you with the results of our
evaluation in later correspondence.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be
made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from
