Tennessee Valley Authority 2008 and 2009 Annual Reports Pursuant to 10 CFR 140.21, "Licensee guarantees of payment of deferred premiums,"
this letter is to inform the NRC that the Tennessee Valley Authority's (TVA's) Form 10-K Annual Report for 2009 is publicly available on the internet at the following Uniform Resource Locator (URL):
http://investor.shareholder.com/tva/sec.cfm This report was due to be submitted by February 25, 2010, but is being submitted late due to administrative issues related to the regulatory requirements. These issues are being corrected.
In 2009, TVA was remiss in submitting the required notification in accordance with 10 CFR 140.21 for the year 2008. Please be advised the TVA Form 10-K Annual Report for 2008 is also publicly available at the above cited URL.
