Dear Sir or Madam:
The purpose of this letter is for Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) to place on the docket the attached Literature Review and Archeological Sensitivity Assessment of Indian Point Generating Unit Nos. 2 and 3. Although not requested by NRC, it is being provided as a courtesy for informational purposes. Prepared pursuant to 36 CFR 800.11(c), Enclosure 1 relates to the locations of cultural resources in the vicinity of IPEC, and is being treated as Confidential. Accordingly, Entergy requests that that these documents be withheld from public disclosure, per 10 CFR 2.390(a)(3). As this information does not constitute trade secrets, privileged, or confidential commercial or financial information, an affidavit is not considered to be required per 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1).
