As part of TVA's application for a Special Nuclear Material (SNM) License for Watts Bar Unit 2 (Reference 1), TVA provided an optical disk containing the 2008 10-K Annual Report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The disk that was submitted was not capable of being read by NRC Staff. This information was previously submitted as Enclosure 2 to a request for additional financial information (Reference 2). This information, available at ADAMS accession number ML092470504, should be considered as part of the application for the SNM License.
