Monticello - Final Accident Sequence Precursor (ASP) Analysis for an Incident on 9/11/2008 Gabe:
The NRC Office of Research has completed an ASP analysis for the Monticello incident on 9/11/2008, when both the 1R and 2R Transformers were unavailable. This event was documented in LER 263/08-005, and NRC Inspection Report 05000263/2008009 (12/16/2008).
